I kicked unholy amounts of ass at this game, but that's jusr because I'm far too good at typing. It's an excellently put together game, solid upgrades and level design. Of course, I found it too easy, and thus a little short, but hey, that's just me.
Nice going.

Unplayable.

It;s a decent, if unoriginal concept, but I can't play it. It's choppy, and every few seconds, it just stops for a second, and then starts, then stops agian.

It looks great, but this is a crippling bug.
I'm using Firefox, I've cleared my cache, cookies and such, and updated to the very latest version of flash.

Seems good, but...

The art style is good, the particle effects are great, and the idea is pretty decent, but I came across a rather unique bug. I start the game, enter the first wave, and instantly have problems.

It seems the collision detection is fucked up, because the bullets pass right through obstacles and the players, so as of now, my Hank has been stanging in the same spot with a guy firing at him continuously, and he hasn't suffered a single bit of damage. Nor can I damage the guy. The only way I can damage them is by laying down a trap or mine, which work perfectly well, and those are some great gibbing effects.

Bullets will hit invisible objects and give of sparks, and if I play for long enough and fire randomly, very occasionally, I will hit something invisible that gives of a blood spurt.
I have reloaded the page several times, played in a popup, even downloaded and tried to play it, and all to no avail. Whatever this bug is, (looks to be something wrong with collision detection), it's a game-killer.

I'll give you a 5/10 because the graphics are good and the gameplay sounds solid enough, but fix the bug and maybe put some more variable terrain in there and it'll be much better.

Kudos for making the game and getting 2nd, btw.

hey! that's a pretty serious issue you are having. do you have the latest flash player and a browser like firefox/chrome/opera? such things just can't happen on their own - the code just doesn't work that way. i'm unhappy that you couldn't experience the game as intended. please try meeting the flash player/browser requirements and if the bug still occurs you can pm me and we'll figure something out. cheers!

Alright, I'm gonna go 'Mr Harsh Critic' here...

Utter and total pile of rubish.

The sprites themselves didn't actually move, just bobbed along the screen. Oh, sufe, their feet VIBRATED. Yea, that's nice. How hard would it have been to just animate them WALKING?

The script was probably nabbed of some random scripting site, you could at least give credit.

There was only eye searing lime green for a background. No way is that cool.

If you shot them in the head, the counter said that was not a kill. I killed almost 30 before I realised. Also, the blood looks shit.

So, in conclusion, it's a wonder this passed. There's a word called practice. Use it.

It's fun, and pretty easy.

The entire thing was smooth, fun, and very atmospheric. But the one thing that-no, the three things that bothered me were theese:

1: When I first lost a mission, the loss kept appearing on my other (perfect) missions. I lost money, and although it wasn't a great deal, it sucked.

2: The amount of money compared to the cost of equiptment was ridiculous. I had the best of all stuff by the 5th mission, or some similar time.

And here's the kicker, 3: There was, once I failed 'The boom-man", no way to shoot when I retried the mission. SIX TIMES i tried, I swapped things, used all the different rifles and scopes, and NILCH, NADA, ZERO. It's really bad, and ruins the game. I played it all again, and then when I got to that level, I wasn't able to fire.

Otherwise, it's a ten, but with the crippling bug, it gets a 5.

Bloody Good!

Can't find a thing wrong with it. It's really awesome. It does tire out your hand as you approach the 7000's, but thats to be expected. Really awesome, got me hooked onto the Hoosiers. ^^

Brilliant. A bit like Dry-Fire, really good.

thanks :) that was my inspiration =p

Well, this is awquard..

I'm gonna give this a two, for effort. This was a bloody good try at remastering a forgotten (in my mind) genre, but it's not really that well received, as you can see.

The graphics were spot on, and the way it was made, true to the classics, was good. Then it kinda fell down, 'cause the bubble shooter games are worn to the core, and this failed to add anything interesting to it. There were no epic battles, not that I reached, and in general, it was a letdown.

In my view, this was just a graphic makeover of the old bubbles, and while that went down well the first five times or so, now i feel it's old and worn.

No doubt this will be marked abusive, and quite possibly deleted, but hey. This is my honest opinion, no flaming involved. It was a good try, but it failed to reach a spot in my faves. I voted a 2, 'cause its worth saving, but I'm dubious about the front page honor. 'Grats anyway, dude.

Wooh!

I'm ace! Seriously, this game fucking RULES! I'm surprised more people haven't reviewed it. Everything aboot this is almost perfect. A little plain, but fun as anything!

Hate to be a party pooper, but jeez, this sucks.

First of all, I'm going to say that if anyone delets this as abusve, I WILL KILL THEM.

Moving on.The graphics were average, and a bit jumpy. 6/10

The combat system was fail. Some enimies killed you in one hit, others you could look at and they die. Some are ranged when youare not. Not good. 2/10

The missions were simple and blasae. Also, there are NO SIDE MISSIONS and the missions are rather childish. 1/10

The two classes were grossly inacurate. Knights have an even ballance of defence and attack, with a bit more emphasis on attack. Assasins have speed and magic, and average attack. 4/10

The weapons were also inacurate. The assasins DO NOT USE SPEARS. They are not spears. They are SAIS. One sai, a par of sai. Not SPEARS. The knights weapons were okay, but to get swords wrong, you must have an IQ of 10. 0/10

The plotline was okay. Not much to say. A little bit of background would have been better. 5/10.

There was no indication of where you should go first, except for a 'Danger Level'. Shit. Building up level is hard when you have to farm low level places and go up a level, move on and get killed instantly and loose exp and go back down a level. 0/10.

Next time, think your game out, and BETA TEST it. Twice.

Cheese is fun.
